Support, jargon, and the early questions
If something goes wrong with an order, Lolobuy's own support is the first stop — this page links to it, defines the jargon you will run into along the way, and answers the handful of frequently asked questions our own research into this platform turned up most often.
Got a live order problem?
Lolobuy's own help centre and support channel are the right place for anything specific to your order
— this site does not have access to your account and cannot look anything up for you. Start at
lolobuy.com Official site, new tab, or report a counterfeit-goods concern directly to the address named in Lolobuy's own anti-counterfeit policy, [email protected].
If you have a question about this site itself rather than an order, see About this
site for a contact route.
Jargon decoded: what QC, GL and RL mean
- QC
- Quality control, or quality check — the warehouse inspection and photo set taken before an item ships onward. See the QC page for Lolobuy's specific photo standard.
- GL
- General line — a standard shipping line with no special declared-value or battery handling, usually the cheapest option for ordinary goods.
- RL
- Registered line — a trackable postal line, often cheaper than a courier line but with a longer transit window and lower weight limits.
- Volumetric weight
- A billed weight calculated from a parcel's box dimensions rather than its scale weight, used whenever it comes out higher than the actual weight. Covered in depth on the shipping page.
- De-minimis
- The declared-value threshold under which a destination country does not charge import duty. Varies sharply by country — see the table on the shipping page.
- Consolidation
- Combining more than one warehoused order into a single outbound parcel, to split one shipping charge across several purchases instead of paying per order.
- SLA
- Service-level agreement — a published response-time commitment. Lolobuy's after-sales article states specific SLA windows (24, 48 and 72 hours, depending on order status) for support responses.
What new shoppers ask within the first week
Is Lolobuy's purchasing service really free?
The headline purchasing fee is 0%, stated in the help centre. Payment-processing fees still apply and vary by method — see the costs page for the current list.
How long is free storage, really?
Lolobuy's own pages give three different answers — 90, 180 and 300 days, depending on which article you read. We have not found a way to resolve the contradiction from outside an account; check your own order's storage countdown rather than any single published figure, this page included.
How many QC photos do I get by default?
The headline promise is five, plus three more for international parcels. A separate article gives a range of three to six depending on the item. Either way, asking for a specific extra angle is a normal request — see the QC page.
What if the wrong item shows up in the QC photos?
Flag it before you approve the parcel for shipping — once it ships, you are into the after-sales process, which runs on a short, status-triggered window. See picking items for the return-window specifics.
Does this site sell anything, or take my payment?
No. This is an independent Spreadsheet guide; every purchase and payment happens on Lolobuy's own site. See About this site for how this site itself is run and funded.
